3d depoo is a dynamic visualisation agency specialised in rendering images, which can be used very broadly. We are therefore happy to welcome them as a partner in our Imagicasa network. Now, we'd like to put one of their recent visualisations in the spotlight: stylish residential project 't Krekeloord.

Read more about 3d depoo on their partner page or take a tour in one of their recent visualisations. t Krekeloord, a project in the heart of 's Gravenwezel, unites fifteen luxury flats with two commercial properties, spread over three residential volumes. M2 architecten lead the project, for the visualizations 3d depoo was called in. 
'The vegetation largely determines the atmosphere of the entire project’
For this project 3d depoo started with a model by the architect himself, which first had to be optimised for their programmes. Once this was done, the team went on to work on the camera positions and the first lighting was to be determined. ‘Often we ask the client for a suggestion of angles and a certain atmosphere they want to see. Here, it was important that the project radiated luxury, warmth and openness,’ explains Joël Feyaerts, architect at 3d depoo.
Using reference examples, the firm worked out all the materials. Either they completely reproduce these materials digitally, or they use textures from the manufacturer themselves. But the vegetation was not to be overlooked either. ‘We also make this on the basis of reference examples, a garden plan or we determine it ourselves. Because the vegetation largely determines the atmosphere of the entire project, the detail had to be high.’ 
The customer was then sent a first draft. Once all the feedback had been processed and all the drafts approved, the team could finally render these images in high resolution. Afterwards, they were edited in Photoshop. ‘Here we adjust the lighting and the sky, add extra vegetation and people,’ says Feyaerts.
The images of 3d depoo provide a luxurious and stylish appearance to residential project 't Krekeloord. The luxurious terraces, the beautiful green garden, the warm sunny lighting and the warm materials such as wood and natural stone contribute to this atmosphere.
