Achieving more with less is the motto of the Spanish studio Balzar Arquitectos. They strive to create human homes adapted to each individual, because they strongly believe that a beautiful, personalised environment improves your life. In Fleming Apartment, that goal is definitely achieved. Every interior is a constant search for beauty and emotion, and this is also the case in the projects of Balzar Arquitectos. Thanks to their human approach, the concepts of this Valencia-based studio effortlessly stand the test of time. Another key feature is the naturalness of their designs, by which they mean two things: both casual design and a great appreciation for nature. Their sustainable, authentic approach is illustrated in Fleming Apartment, a renovation project of which we can already show the visualisations. 
A clean and proportional design with simple lines and curves was sought. This creates a serene atmosphere that focuses on the well-being of the residents. The house comprises a large living area in which you will find the living and dining room and a kitchen. There is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large dressing room, a separate bathroom and two bedrooms. The latter are very similar, but due to the different details, two unique designs are presented.
The curves in the walls and ceilings integrate the complex shapes of the existing building into the interior
The dining room forms the connection between the living room and the kitchen and brings the three rooms together, so to speak. Notable in the living spaces are the curves in the walls and the suspended ceilings. These not only have great aesthetic appeal, but they also allow the complex shapes of the existing building to be integrated into the interior. Finally, throughout the house, a continuous line of wood panelling was created that brings together the integrated doors, kitchen, bathrooms and closets, creating a plinth that visually organises the composition. 
The result of that clear vision is a home with a particularly strong character. With its rounded shapes and warm colours, you experience an intimate comfort here. The residents come home to an oasis of peace they will be able to enjoy for many years to come. We are already looking forward to the realisation of this project, which will undoubtedly surprise and excite many.
