Villa GP is beautifully situated in a wooded area on the green outskirts of Antwerp. As soon as you arrive at the site, you are instantly immersed in the warm minimalist atmosphere that the architecture radiates. The well-considered combination of luxurious and durable materials with a refined design ensures that the imposing villa is harmoniously embedded in the grounds.
Upon entering, it becomes clear that the concept and materialisation of the architecture are continued here as well. The living spaces are serenely arranged next to each other, which allows for a fine interaction between the different rooms, but at the same time each of them retains its intimacy. From every room, including the first floor, you get a panoramic view of the outside. 
Beo Architecten describes their style as 'warm minimalism'. This is partly achieved by their choice of sustainable, luxurious and timeless materials. For example, in the façade of Villa GP natural stone and wood are combined with a warm crepi-concrete look. These materials are again used in the interior, complemented by accents in bronze and marble, among others. In addition, refined customisation and a well-considered choice of lighting and loose furniture provide the finishing touch.
The whole clearly exudes functionality, comfort, luxury and cosiness. In the cold and dark winter months, the villa's strength lies in cocooning in the purified interior, with the see-through fireplace between the living and dining area as an extra asset. In the summer you can also enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool and dinners with friends on the covered terrace with a great view of the surroundings.
