Pure, timeless, and with an eye for detail. That’s how Dejaeger Interieurarchitecten left their mark on this newly built home in Zwevegem, Belgium. The result? A unique home where family and friends gather and enjoy peace and cosiness. We’re taking you on an inspiring journey through this one-of-a-kind residence.
More than 25 years of craftsmanship and their own furniture workshop enable the company to deliver a refined total package. An experienced team is responsible for the design, production and placement, all completely customised. Dejaeger Interieurarchitecten is a full-service office that offers just that little bit more. They guarantee impeccable quality and projects carried out down to the smallest detail, and this property was no different.
The qualitative materials, thoughtful lay-out, and a refined colour palette turn this residence into a very special place. Upon entering the living room, you look out on the garden thanks to the large windows. You enjoy a beacon of natural light and are overcome by an oasis of peace. From the comfortable fabric sofa, you can enjoy the view for hours. Further lighting is provided by some spots from Spectrum. Once in the living room, the fireplace wall immediately draws your attention. The Italian 'Caprina Bianco' marble from Hullebusch provides a luxurious look and in combination with the crackling fire, this will undoubtedly become a cosy place during the winter months.
In each space, the same colour palette is opted for, which gives you a feeling of unity and tranquillity
In the kitchen, too, the same natural stone immediately catches the eye. The centrally placed and robust kitchen island has an elegant look, thanks to the marble. The dark brown oak cupboards provide the necessary space to store all kitchen utensils. This way you maintain the clean appearance, while the kitchen island gets the attention it deserves. The kitchen appliances and the bronze details between the fronts make the kitchen a stylish and unique space.
In the office, light colours are again combined with dark accents. By playing with colour contrasts, you obtain a minimalist whole that manages to radiate cosiness. In each space, the same colour palette is opted for, which gives you a feeling of unity and tranquillity. The red ergonomic chair in the desk was carefully selected and adds a colourful touch. The bronze details make another appearance in this space. The spacious bathroom is cleverly arranged. There is room for a sink, bath, and walk-in shower. White and brown tones flow seamlessly into each other and are intelligently combined with each other. Natural stone immediately catches the eye here and creates an atmosphere of luxury. The bronze faucet work is without a doubt the icing on the cake.
In short, this is an impressive total project, where elegance and pure materials are central. Coming home to a house decorated by Dejaeger Interieurarchitecten means being spoiled every time.
