The projects of our partner Jessy Van Gorp invariably stand for harmony and the perfect combination of comfort and aesthetics. The pure materials and calm colours that are used create a pure and warm interior in which you immediately feel at home.
Interior designer Jessy Van Gorp designs warm, tactile spaces, always returning to the essence. She creates high-end residential, business, and commercial interiors in which all the client's wishes are met. Every project is therefore unique. Simplicity, craftsmanship, eye for detail, and attention to sustainable materials are the keywords.
The house we present here, Residence CV, is located in rural Keerbergen, Belgium, and belongs to a large family. As the family enjoys receiving many guests, they also wanted a home that reflects that lifestyle. It was important to draw the peaceful environment inside as much as possible. The house is therefore bathed in southern light. The interior designer used natural materials such as brushed oak and natural stone, which created a warm, timeless base with lots of strong, clean lines. A lot of wood was used in the large stairwell, while grey natural stone was chosen for the small stairwell. Functional elements come together with comfort and soft, earthy colours for a completely relaxed experience. Space and openness are another important aspect in this residence that create a sense of calm.
The symmetry in the bathroom creates a harmonious whole.
In the bathroom, we find microtopping in rope colour with panelling. The symmetry there also creates a harmonious whole. The bedroom has panelling in robust oak as well, and a brushed oak dressing room with handy cupboard lighting and a central folding table. In the stairwell, we find charming curved doors and passages. The family also wanted a home office for the husband and wife, with a 'his' and 'hers' section, both in smoked oak. The oak kitchen wall with pocket doors makes it easy to store everything. Finally, the home features a striking 'waffle door', where the handle is built into the structure of the door. 
Residence VB is another impressive home with a serene interior, as we have come to expect from Jessy Van Gorp. We are already very curious to see what the future holds for her!
