- Interior
Conran and Partners is an architecture and interior design firm, known for its contemporary residential designs. This style can immediately be found in the brand new project 'Cadence' situated in the bustling London hot spot King's Cross.
For their interior design, Conran and Partners built further on the exceptional architecture of Alison Brooks Architects. Curved edges, blocks of colour and irregular patterns are the guiding principles in their design. The focus is mainly on the playful aspect with an optimisation of open spaces, lots of greenery and a combination of neutral and colourful accents. The result is an interior design that is both dynamic and expressive as well as soothing and understated. The flow and rhythmic movement this creates is reflected in the name of the project: Cadence.

Cadence offers the choice between studios and 1-, 2- or 3-bedroom apartments. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the living areas have floor-to-ceiling windows and most apartments also have a private terrace. On the tenth floor there is a communal roof terrace with a unique view of the British capital. The interior is exclusive and unique with design icons on the one hand and innovative designs from new designers from the UK and items found in the hip shops of the nearby new shopping district Coal Drops Yard on the other hand.
The project fits in perfectly with its surroundings. Thanks to the vibrant energy of the King's Cross neighbourhood, which has been hugely upgraded in recent years, families, culture and art lovers, foodies, students and clubbers alike will find what they're looking for here. All this surrounded by greenery, and with a wink to the industrial past.
