Chrisma has completed more than four hundred unique total renovations, which results in an impressive track record. Imagicasa gladly takes you to one of their most recent projects, a pure oasis of peace and luxurious comfort. For this project, high-end expert Chrisma stepped outside his comfort zone and went to De Panne.
Chrisma is known for sophisticated total renovations in and around Knokke. These apartments and houses are furnished with unique materials and stylish furniture. Thanks to the combination of high-quality materials and pure craftsmanship in every phase of the renovation, they are experts in high-end interiors. Their craftsmen place each interior element with the greatest care and precision. Aided by the thorough expertise of their team of interior architects, each client is professionally guided throughout the entire process. They focus on renovating villas and apartments in Knokke-Heist, especially in the heart of Het Zoute. The team is driven by a passion for premium materials and a refined, timeless aesthetic. More than that, their mission is to make every client feel at home by the sea, whether in a second residence or a permanent retreat. Thus, warmth and quality time are always central to their realisations. 
The Vissersdorp project is located in a unique private domain in the dunes of the coastal town of De Panne. The penultimate house just before the French border is the project designed by Chrisma. The residents dreamed of creating the perfect retreat, so that was their greatest wish. The concept of the renovation was therefore very clear: a warm place to spend time with family and friends. Therefore, the team wanted to preserve the warm soul of the building and especially enhance it. To do this, they used traditional and antique elements. The team made most of the opportunity and even had an authentic shop counter brought over from a charming grocery shop in Italy. The floor covering also tells its own story. The eighteenth-century parquet comes from a mansion around Paris. The walls, ceiling and cupboards were then treated with a decorative chalk technique. Thanks to the carefully selected lighting, the living room is bathed in a layered warm glow. As if the house were to embrace you as soon as you enter it.

Pure materials and natural colours were chosen to achieve the desired calm and atmosphere in the rooms. Think of wood tones, sand colours and soft shades of lime and loam. Powdery pastels and details in copper and steel add extra character. The bright red accent of the traditional Berkel cutting machine in front of the window is a nice eye-catcher. With a thoughtful choice of materials and harmonious colours, they tried to create a sober, luxurious atmosphere. They were inspired by the client's mood board.
