We find Residence Erica on a wooded estate of more than 8000 m2 on the Waasmunsterse Heide. Nature always plays a major role in Sylvestris's projects and here, too, you will be surrounded by greenery. The building consists of warm materials in natural tones in harmony with the environment. As usual, Sylvestris named the project after a plant to make it fit in perfectly with their philosophy. Erica is the Latin name for heath.
