Swedish company Nordiska Kök aims to elevate any space with their stylish, custom-made kitchens. This was no different in their most recent project: a harmonious, wooden kitchen that subtly blends in with the rest of the house. Imagicasa is happy to take you through this project.
The kitchen has minimalist base cabinets of dark stained oak that perfectly match the green blended Verde Alpi marble. The renovated kitchen features material choices that are both natural and sustainable. The aim was to build a kitchen that fits in with the rest of the house's architecture with a timeless design that reflects the beautiful coastal landscape outside the window. The wall behind the sink is covered with marble, which makes a creative impression and allows the beautiful natural stone to shine.
This room breathes nature and elegance.
Clever storage space is provided both in the wall units and the kitchen island, where the drawers are made of elegant solid wood, with custom-made cutlery inserts in the same dark oak as the kitchen. The marble-covered kitchen island is almost a work of art and conveys a sense of minimalist luxury. What's more, thanks to this marble and the dark oak, the kitchen feels modern, while at the same time being harmonious and welcoming. Furthermore, the oven and much of the kitchen's storage space are housed in a smart door cabinet. The doors slide easily into the cabinet, allowing it to remain open during cooking without making the kitchen look cluttered. Combining this hidden storage space behind the doors with open shelves gives the kitchen an airy feel. The layout and mix of materials create a personal impression and make the kitchen more than just a place to cook, but also an inspiring place to spend time. This made-to-measure kitchen with smart and functional solutions gives a well thought-out impression as well as a very calm and clean appearance. In short, a great kitchen design for the creative Danish client in this beautiful house.
