Inside, the villas offer all the features of a high-quality, traditional house. The interiors are highly personalised with an eye for detail. An abundance of light illuminates each space and highlights the authentic features of the natural materials.
Inside, the villas offer all the features of a high-quality, traditional house. The interiors are highly personalised with an eye for detail. An abundance of light illuminates each space and highlights the authentic features of the natural materials. The home occupies the entire ground floor with an entertainer's kitchen, a spacious living, dining and bar area, two primary suites, two secondary bedrooms, five bathrooms, a separate laundry room and a pantry. The villa is designed so that you can host a party, have an intimate gathering, or just enjoy a quiet evening at home.
The bedrooms are unusually large and have a minimalist design. The cosy textures borrowed from nature give the rooms an earthy feel. The sliding windows disappear into the walls, floor and ceiling, accentuating the serene jungle greenery. What's more, each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom.

The primary suites, which open onto a private courtyard, have a dramatic feel. The baths seem carved out of a plinth-like stone form. The third and fourth bathrooms are bathed in light. All the bathrooms have an outdoor feel to them because Alena Valyavko has used landscape architecture.
Through a coherent collection of planting and architectural elements, the gardens take shape. The landscapes take into account the view from different points in the house and bring light and green together. Valyavko added natural vistas to unexpected spaces, including the primary suites, bathroom suites, bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room, inviting residents and guests to breathe in private and secluded spaces surrounded by light and nature.
