Pera Perou's secluded location is hidden in the lush foliage of the mountainside, offering both peace and privacy and breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque harbour below. Pera Perou is designed with a modern and minimalist aesthetic. Large open spaces frame the island views from every room, while earthy brushstrokes complement the understated elegance of the luxury stone villas. 
The name Pera Perou reflects all that this seaside oasis has to offer. Literally, it means 'from here to there and everything in between'. This haven offers everything your heart desires. It is both a private, quiet retreat with stunning panoramic sea views and just steps away from Kefalonia's shops, restaurants and nightlife. The villas were designed by interior designer and owner Kleoniki Androni. Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Kleoniki has always been in love with the city. Now living on the island herself, she knew that Pera Perou's main attraction had to be the view. 
Simple yet sophisticated, organic yet controlled
Consisting of three separate, completely private villas with their own access road, perched on a cliff overlooking the turquoise sea. The unique location, where the mountains meet the sea, allows you to experience both views simultaneously.Each room is carefully positioned to offer breathtaking views of the coast and water. The location inspires tranquillity and peace, while being next to the amenities of the village below. 
Built using the natural elements of the surroundings, Kleoniki aimed to preserve the rugged, natural beauty of the island while elevating the experience to one of pure luxury. Each villa is built with indigenous stone, preserved wood and organic textiles. This minimalist aesthetic design creates a timeless ambience while conveniences such as the fully equipped kitchen, stone outdoor shower, private infinity pool, Jacuzzi and fire pit create an environment of grandeur. The result is an elegant, private sanctuary where we invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy all that the island has to offer. 
To reinforce the connection between the architecture and the island itself, the buildings were constructed from local rock. Looking out over the rugged mountains in the distance and the emerald waters, guests come closer to themselves than ever before. The innate splendour of this place radiates from the exterior and interior, and it is unmistakably clear that this project was developed out of a deep love for the magic of the location.
