Luxurious slow living bed and breakfast with only one room in the southern Swedish region of Skåne and Österlen. Here, it's all about creating space for yourself and seeking silence, serenity and peace of mind. That is what the Swedish creative duo working under the name TypeO want their guests to experience.
TypeO specialises in content creation and branding. Founded by Micha Van Dinther and Magnus Wittbjer, TypeO Loft aims to appeal to a wider audience and give everyone the chance to get away from the daily grind in a time when we are connected to everything but ourselves. TypeO Loft is located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century farmhouse near Ystad in a remote part of southern Sweden. The project wants to offer a place to unwind in today's chaotic world. In short: to disconnect in order to reconnect. The loft gives you a beautiful view thanks to the wall-to-wall window over the rolling hills and the forest behind. This triangular wide-screen window is more interesting than any digital screen. This loft invites you to sit down, close your eyes and let your mind wander.
A decluttered space is a decluttered mind.
A tidy space automatically creates a tidy mind. As TypeO Loft's space is limited, the owners have thought long and hard about what is essential and what is merely superfluous. Because of this, they were very selective in what they allowed and chose only functional and beautiful pieces that give meaning to a space. You can even buy most of the design objects from them on the webshop. Think of a bed by Dux, organic linen by Read The Label, glasses by Vit and tableware by Hasami Porcelain to name but a few. At TypeO Loft, the interior revolves around a neutral colour palette contrasted with dark wooden beams. The walls in the general area are painted off-white while the bathroom walls and furniture are covered with a layer of concrete. This is the place for a taste of slow living, specially designed for your comfort and relaxation. The online platform Welcome Beyond has an original collection of the most beautiful boutique hotels, B&Bs, villas, beach houses, luxury holiday homes and holiday rentals. Once again, they surprise us with this gem of a bed & breakfast where tranquillity is their greatest asset. Want to discover more? Go to the website of Welcome Beyond!

In 2009, two of Berlin's brothers, Oliver and Chris Laugsch, decided to start a company that combines all their passions: travel, architecture and design. This was the beginning of Welcome Beyond, an online platform that selects residences from all over the world based on architecture and hospitality. As a result, the website offers a wide range of unique accommodations such as beach houses, bed&breakfasts, hotels, chalets, holiday homes, villas and even private islands, yurts and igloos.
