Can you already see yourself unwinding in this complex with unlimited luxury? In 2017, the development of the Oosteroever in Ostend, West Flanders, will be one of the main focal points of Group Versluys. They have been working for about three years now to transform the former port area into a new district with about 1,000 apartments, New Waterfront City, the new city by the sea.
Because of the unique location and high standard finishing, there is an overwhelming interest in this new project. Almost all apartments have been sold. Thanks to the rapid sales figures, Group Versluys decided to speed up the project development on the East Bank. They launched One Baelskaai, the showpiece of the new district.
Luc Binst: 'Wavy terraces with expressive edges provide the living units with spacious terraces that extend up to four meters. Duplexes and penthouses nestle in the most prominent positions in the building volume, creating an exciting composition. The selected materials in natural tones of sandy brown to brown-black shades give the project a vigorous, luxurious look.
