Those who occasionally head for the Belgian coast will have most likely seen that there’s a splendid football stadium in Ostend. With a beautiful facade of what is fully called the Versluys Arena. That is a project of a partner of ours, Woodstoxx.
There they placed 220 Domino Iroko beams of 5 meters high. All beams are FSC certified. FSC means that the Iroko wood used comes from responsibly managed forests. Woodstoxx wants to play its part to maintain and strengthen forest management.
And it doesn’t end there. Because right next to the beautiful stadium you will find this equally wonderful apartment. It’s called Crystal Residence and it’s a unique project in which for once not a classic coastal residence but a modern design with a lot of variation was chosen. In this case Woodstoxx opted to work with fire-resistant and pre-grey cedar. This pre-grey ensures that the facade looks even everywhere.
And it doesn't just look even, it looks very nice too.
