Our partner in exclusive villa construction and renovation, Oscar V, has a new show villa! Thanks to the great success of their former model house in Knokke, they opened a new beautiful villa by the lake in Keerbergen.
Oscar V is known for quality architecture with a signature timelessness and authenticity. Exclusive luxury and a feeling of home prevail in their projects. This was the case in their show villa in Knokke making it no surprise at all it was sold. This has led them to the opening of a new model house in Keerbergen. It’s designed by Paul Vanrunxt who has been designing exclusive villas for the company for thirty years now.
Our partner Oscar V opens a new show villa with the timeless Oscar V aesthetic.
The timeless white villa is located in an idyllic setting by a lake. There’s stunning views of the water all around so you can completely unwind. The serenity and natural atmosphere continues inside. As always, the property has been stylishly furnished perfectly representing what you can expect at Oscar V: cosiness, elegance and luxury aesthetics. "As with all our projects, I designed this property to suit the client and integrated typical Oscar V features, such as open structures, high ceilings and doors, and vertical and horizontal vistas. Maximum contact with the garden is important, because that creates tranquillity in the house," says Paul.
The interior is a mix of vintage and modern.
The interior is a mix of vintage and modern. The living space is shrouded in a sober colour palette of beige, white, cream and brown. Both the colours and materials are natural. You have a solid wooden plank that serves as a kind of table with a bronze-coloured sculpture by ceramic artist Dorothée Loriquet on top. The gorgeous sofa is by Verzelloni and is complemented by a 'Cube' chair and armchair by Radboud van Beekum. The see-through gas fireplace not only creates atmosphere, but also connects the living room with the kitchen. For the kitchen, Paul designed a beautiful long table of solid poplar wood. It’s nicely balanced by a medley of vintage chairs. There is also a kitchen island with a Carrara marble worktop. Even more natural materials can be found in the bathroom. The washbasins and floor are made of microcement and perfectly complemented with black Vola faucet work. Natural light always plays a major role in Oscar V's homes, the designer brought daylight into the villa as much as possible. Opening days were expected to begin the weekend of March 21st, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case due to new measures in the current situation. For the time being, the opening of the villa in Keerbergen will be moved to 20 and 21 June. Imagicasa can’t wait to visit this beautiful villa that shows exactly what Oscar V stands for. If anything changes, this will be communicated. New show villa address:
