Articolo Lighting is an Australian company that was founded in 2012 by designer Nicci Green and has already provided lighting for a number of luxury hotels, restaurants and high-end private residences. Green’s vision is driven by her intuition and a love for real craftsmanship. Therefore, Articolo Lighting’s products are developed by craftsmen throughout the whole world. As a result, the love of materiality shines through in every object. Both interior and exterior lighting are possible.
An example of a residence in which the lighting is shown off to its best advantage is the Australian Peninsula Farmhouse. The passion for materiality and sober colours is evident throughout the whole project, and the soft colour palette ensures that Peninsula Farmhouse is the perfect rural retreat. The house contains five bedrooms, situated at both sides of the living space, the heart of the residence. 
Both the interior and exterior lighting are from Articolo Lighting, featuring pieces from different collections, predominantly the Fizi and Scandal Collections. While selecting these pieces, the focus was on the light and shadow play and the atmosphere that is created, particularly in the evening. Nicci Green opted for continuity by using the same Mid Bronze finish for all pieces, establishing a form of cohesion throughout the whole house. In the kitchen and the living room, for instance, the Fizi Single Ball Wall Sconce and the Triple Fizi Ball Wall Sconce are used. 
Articolo Lighting’s pieces give this residence a warm character with a rural soul, making it the perfect place to recharge after a busy day.
