The uniqueness of the villas lies in what they radiate. They are special because of their beautiful location in the Sardinian Mediterranean nature overlooking the golf course and one of the most beautiful seas of Sardinia. The Sardinian Villas, designed by the Italian Studio Fuksas, are so special because they could not have been in any other context than the one in which they were conceived. Thus, the structure of the architecture blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
The four Sardinian villas are located at a very strategic point in the south of Sardinia. They are close to the wild nature where you can enjoy many activities that have nothing to do with the popular beaches. This is contrary to the concept of sun-sea-beach, which is often thought of when thinking about a holiday in Sardinia. You can also have 360-degree experiences here, such as hikes in the mountains that never disappoint even the most adventurous holidaymakers. Climb to the top and enjoy the view of the sunset, return to the beach in time for an aperitif on a balmy summer evening or relax in one of these extraordinary residences.
Thanks to the architectural composition, the design became extremely dynamic.
The Sardinian Villas are not simply luxurious holiday homes, the luxury is in their architecture and in the peace and quiet conveyed by the surrounding nature. ‘Sculptures to live in,’ according to Massimiliano Fuksas. This Italian architect is an all-rounder, he is an architect, designer, poet and painter. His works can be found all over the world: from the Twin Tower in Vienna to the Armani Ginza Tower in Tokyo. Massimiliano Fuksas is one of the best-known architects in Italy on the international stage. For the design of the Sardinian Villas, the architect resolutely opted for colour and openings of various sizes through which unexpected flashes of light are projected onto the walls. The play of light and shadow and the irregular shapes of the structure together play a fundamental role in the architectural composition, making the design dynamic. In addition, the exterior remains strongly connected to the surroundings and natural elements while the interior was given a contemporary design by Doriana Fuksas, wife of Massimiliano. Here, the soothing colours were contrasted with the bold and bright colours of the fabrics, furniture and interior finishes. The villas can accommodate four to eight people and guarantee all the services of a five-star hotel. A five-hundred-hectare estate is located in the Is Molas Resort, a resort renowned for the beauty of its surroundings, the surrounding nature and the wild animals that roam there undisturbed. Is Molas consists of fifteen villas in total, four of which (Palas, Luxi, Nea and Arenada) are rented out through the online travel platform Welcome Beyond. In 2009, two of Berlin's brothers, Oliver and Chris Laugsch, decided to start a company that combines all their passions: travel, architecture and design. This was the beginning of Welcome Beyond, an online platform that selects residences from all over the world based on architecture and hospitality. As a result, the website offers a wide range of unique accommodations such as beach houses, bed&breakfasts, hotels, chalets, holiday homes, villas and even private islands, yurts and igloos.
