Interior designer Britt Van Namen already made serene luxury a recurring feature in her style. This project fits in nicely with that. Therefore, we are pleased to introduce you to this renovated apartment on the outskirts of Antwerp, since we do not miss a single opportunity to put the work of our partners in the spotlight.
For us, the key words of this renovation are living pleasure, softness and luxury. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by a pleasant atmosphere in which the smallest details have been selected with great precision. What immediately catches the eye is the Hungarian point parquet floor that serves as a basis for the spatial dimensions of the home. Together with the ceiling-high doors and cupboards, the sense of freedom of movement is immediately apparent. The space is also gained by the built-in bookcase and vertical panels, which efficiently use the available space and make the whole look more spacious. In this apartment you will also find a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a home office. 
A prominent material used by Britt Van Namen is natural stone. It recurs, for example, in both the bookcase and the kitchen. The vertical panels separating the kitchen from the dining area are also made of this material. In the dining room, a circular sitting area with individual chairs and a custom-made bench that, like the table, is finished with microtopping, take centre stage. In the bedroom, you could imagine yourself in a five-star hotel. This room is connected to the office by two ceiling-high panels. Here, Britt Van Namen installed a floating desktop and a discreetly concealed printer, thus bringing out another sense of space. The bathroom is connected to the main suite as well. Here you will find a luxurious free-standing bathtub and a beautiful glass wall. In addition, you can also enjoy a magnificent walk-in shower that even has lighting and a built-in gutter.

In this apartment you will not doubt for a second the high living comfort. The light colours likewise enhance the pleasant and spacious feeling. Nevertheless, it is not only the inside of the apartment that is worth admiring. Outside, you can spend time on a cosy terrace where you can also enjoy a beautiful view. For us, this renovation is a perfect combination of being immersed in the bustling city life and retreating to a lofty hotel atmosphere. Together with the high level of finishing and charming details, Britt Van Namen proves how she can turn an outdated apartment into a desirable place to live, where a serene opulence awaits you.
