Readers who have been following us for a long time, surely know that Imagicasa has a weakness for beautiful visualization images. Today, we would like to introduce you to Ekaterina Amato, a young 3D designer, who recently finished her project Apartment №1: a house with a modern minimalist style.
Ekaterina Amato is a young digital artist, based in the Kyrgyz Republic, who creates 3D visualizations of interiors, as well as design concepts and designs for product environments. She recently started freelancing after two years at visualisation agency Dao Archviz.
Natural elements are an important leitmotiv.
Although she is at home in the online world, she feels it is important to be selective with the digital aspect. She believes that in today's age of digital technologies and social networks, we are overloaded with unnecessary information. ‘Our brain is an eternal computer that just keeps processing the flow endlessly.’ How many people wake up in the morning without turning on their phones and browsing social networks, she wonders.
‘In times like these, it is very difficult to separate yourself and your real interests from other people's interests. It's hard to exist apart from your gadget, especially when there's a constant noise around you,’ she says. That is exactly why Amato designed this project in a modern minimalist style with few details and information flow. According to her, natural elements are increasingly appearing in designs, and this aspect was also an important leitmotiv in her realisation. ‘In such a pure and light space, you are left alone with your thoughts. It is much easier to discover new facets and possibilities in yourself when you let yourself be inspired by the environment,’ she concludes.
