Poolhouse Plaza is the newest concept of Veranclassic, a leading garden house and porch builder who is now expanding with the design and production of pool houses. "Poolhouses have become our largest product group," says Yvan Ostyn, founder of Veranclassic. "They are not only intended for people with a swimming pool. Pool houses are actually outdoor buildings that can function as an office, extra bedroom or residence."

"With the rise of swimming pools, the customer wants a larger and more beautiful garden environment. In the meantime, pool houses are replacing the classic garden house constructions. A beautiful and personal interpretation is paramount. The customers want to extend their summer with a nice extension, so to speak they want to go on a holiday in their own garden. With the new Poolhouse Plaza concept, we are fully responding to this trend."

From Dottenijs, Veranclassic works on projects all over Belgium, but it has also made a name for itself in Northern France. With 25 years of experience, it combines its expertise that guarantees the better construction with the separate pool house concept Poolhouse Plaza. "We are the pioneer in pool houses, precisely because we can switch quickly in kinds of wood," says Yvan Ostyn. "We are used to working with timber frame construction. Our major advantage for an extension is that we can erect a 50 square metre structure in just three or four days, precisely because everything is prefabricated in our company." Veranclassic is known for its excellent customization that is fully adapted to the needs of the customer. 
Veranclassic started in 1994 in Mouscron with the production of garden houses and wooden porches. After ten years, the company started working with other materials such as aluminium and ended up with a large showroom. Now, in Dottenijs, Veranclassic has a showroom of 3000m2 where you can put together your own veranda or garden house to your heart's content. "Our extensive expertise in the basic products wood and aluminium gives us a head start. And with our far-reaching attention to the wishes of the customer, we can always distinguish ourselves. Our possibilities are extremely wide." The company offers everything from a to z, from the preparatory work to the application for planning permission. All worries are taken out of your hands.

With the arrival of Poolhouse Plaza, Veranclassic decided not only to work B2C, but also to focus on B2B towards architects. "Now, we are ready to welcome and guide architects from start to finish. To do this, we have prepared a new person internally who is fully specialised in this area."
