Visualisation agency Belly not only creates visuals that are very close to reality, but also manages to give them the right atmosphere every time. We are therefore pleased to welcome them as a partner in our Imagicasa network. We are happy to show you around in one of their recent visualisations: den Oever, which unites a new estate and an existing mansion in one mighty project.
As you can read on Belly's partner page, the Antwerp-based company excels in the creation of 3D visualisations that are fully customised to the needs of the client. This was no different for the project we are putting in the spotlight here: den Oever. A mighty project focused on mixing a new estate with an existing mansion.
In the heart of Antwerp, between the historic centre and the Sint-Andries neighbourhood, property developer Gands, together with M2 Architecten and Gestalt Architecten, is realising an ambitious residential project. The building houses an interesting mix of flats and assisted living apartments, combined with a commercial ground floor. The current iconic painted wall is making way for a new building, and the adjacent beautiful white mansion is also being integrated into the plans.
Belly saw to it that each apartment was decorated in a different style.
Belly was called in for the visualisations and was allowed to take care of both the exterior and the interior. They succeeded in this, thanks to a careful eye for detail, the history of the building and the higher price tag. These units are intended for the more luxurious segment.
When you look at the visuals of the façade, the details immediately catch your eye: the beautiful historically renovated façade with a modern rooftop floor, blending nicely into the new building next to it, with its warm brick and light terraces. In the interior, Belly saw to it that each apartment was decorated in a different style. A convenient, beautiful and clever way to appeal to the widest possible potential audience. 
One of the flats in this beautiful building is a veritable penthouse. This luxury gem is located on the roof of the mansion and the adjacent floor of the new building. Here too, the Belly team created dreamlike visuals, with materials and designs that radiate pure class.
