In this penthouse in Schoten, Elft Interieur once again shows us that fully custom, stylish design is their absolute specialty. Natural light and a few eye-catchers play a central role in this beautiful project.
As a trusted partner of Imagicasa, we have already seen many beautiful creations by ship and interior designer Elft, and the 'Penthouse Schoten' is another nice addition to their portfolio.
Elft converted an existing apartment and transformed it into a modern penthouse flooded with natural light. Among other things, the floor was sanded and re-oiled so that it would fit in better with the existing kitchen and the new furniture. To create a more open feeling, the designers made an opening in the living room to the office space. To maintain privacy, a partition with vertical slats was created, immediately providing an extra design statement in the space. The spaces remain separated, but there's still contact with the living room.
The special built-in wine cupboard in the dining area is beautiful and, together with the marble table, immediately attracts attention.
All new furniture was made in a white satin finish in combination with zebrano. The special built-in wine cupboard in the dining area is beautiful and, together with the marble table, immediately attracts attention. Most of the rooms have been painted completely in white creating a fresh and modern look. Thanks to some wooden elements such as the floor and fireplace – and the beautiful furniture – the interior still feels warm and homely. Some cushions and decorative objects add a touch of colour.
