In the spring of 2019, real estate investor and project developer ION started the construction of an innovative housing typology along the River Lys in Kortrijk.
The Townhouse project offers the luxury of a villa combined with the flexibility of a city apartment. It became an impressive architecture with lots of privacy, panoramic views, spacious living spaces and a beacon of tranquility.

On the site, the city did not just want to build apartment buildings, but a new form of living. Together with the architects of CAAN, Ensemble and B2Ai, ION developed stacking houses. "We created a kind of stacking house where you have the individuality of a single-family house, but the quality and advantages of an apartment," says Kristof, co-CEO of ION.
The luxurious high-end Townhouse project consists of eighteen dwellings divided into five blocks. Each with a perfect south orientation and at the back you also have a view on the beautiful, green courtyard.
