For a couple from Antwerp, our partner Frako took care of this total refurbishment of a newly built apartment in Wenduine, Belgium. Because they wanted as much luxury and comfort in their new pied-à-terre as at home, the clients had specific wishes and expectations, which were met with flying colours.
Both craftsmanship and pre-existing contact with one of Frako's architects convinced the clients to entrust the design of the entire apartment to the team. The result is a minimalist masterpiece where every room was designed as efficiently as possible to make maximum use of the limited space. Here, they can enjoy a restful holiday in luxurious surroundings. 
Fuelled by memories of family trips to the seaside, the couple's search stranded them in quiet Wenduine, where they fell for a newly built apartment. It provided the ideal setting for a minimalist overall interior that combines serenity with character. Clean lines and natural accents characterise the result. The home was filled with sustainable materials, with handleless cupboard walls in white satin lacquer giving the rooms a practical touch. The rough natural tiles from Hullebusch, which were used in both the kitchen unit and the bathroom, together with the beautiful honeycomb parquet floor run like a thread through the apartment. Together with the furniture, they provide a natural colour accent.
A minimalist overall interior that combines serenity with character
The elegant incorporation of the custom-made bed in the living room wall added an extra sleeping area, which is completely invisible when it is closed. In the kitchen, both the Quooker tap and the Bora hob, with integrated extractor, provide maximum comfort, while the travertine worktop adds a luxurious touch. The bathroom is also bathed in luxury, thanks to the natural stone tiles that play a starring role and bring extra calm to the whole. In other words, great elegance is brought here in a limited space. 
For the client, it is clear that Frako's great asset is their accuracy. After all, technically this apartment was not the simplest, but no detail was overlooked. As a result, the installation went very smoothly. The interior design company proves once again that anyone looking for perfection will certainly find what they need with them.
