Functional and well-coordinated. That was the wish of the owners of this sleek house. Imagicasa partner and home automation specialist Duotecno knew perfectly well how to fulfil these wishes with its central control system.
With its total packages, Duotecno acts as a central design office between architect, installer and end customer during the entire construction process. In this way, it can tailor everything to the wishes of the customer. For this project, functionality had to go hand in hand with elegance and the living comfort of the owners had to be enhanced by adding functions that make their lives easier. That's why Duotecno chose to work with a central system that allows everything to be controlled automatically. Everything? Yes, from controlling the lighting to the curtains, the swimming pool and even the mancave.
The products have become intelligent but remain affordable and durable. A clear added value in modern lighting finishes.
Through each touchscreen the customer can see who is standing in front of the door and simply open it by pressing one button. Inside the house you will be welcomed by the natural light that will find its way into the room through the large windows. When evening falls and it gets dark, the lights in the hallway, the toilet, the storage room and the bathroom automatically turn on when you walk past the detectors. IT'S ALL IN THE FINISHING TOUCH
The finish is right down to the smallest details. The symmetry and the lines that are used ensure that the home automation systems fit in perfectly with the interior. The cooperation with Duotecno's sister company brings with it a clear qualitative added value, both aesthetically and functionally. Xillo focuses mainly on the sleek, seamless look by working with the specific recessed luminaire.
"Our products have become intelligent but remain affordable and durable. A clear added value in modern lighting finishes. The essence of our story is that everything can be built in trimless and blends seamlessly into the interior. Of course, we like to think along with our customers about the installation of interior elements. We don't shy away from any challenge."
