The summer time makes us dream of exclusive holiday destinations more than ever. At the top of Imagicasa's list is this exquisite property located a rough thirty kilometers east of Palma de Mallorca. Enjoy and get carried away with this retreat.
The estate with a luxurious villa called Finca Sonrisa of about five hundred square metres is located in Mallorca. From the outside it looks like a traditional finca but nothing could be further from the truth. Inside, the many modern design elements and the panoramic view of the Tramuntana Mountains will surprise you immediately. All the senses are stimulated as your eyes are drawn to the view, the surrounding picturesque landscape and the beautiful collection of artworks. The modern design ensures that the latter find their own space and take their space to breathe. The microcement floor ensures this as well. It’s a neutral floor so that nothing distracts you and your full attention goes to the artworks.
Not only luxurious, but also very pleasant and comfortable to stay in.
Finca Sonrisa meets local architecture in combination with contemporary design and Art Deco style. The interiors - designed by the German studio Holzrausch and Lissy Hartl - with a glamorous lifestyle of the 1920s are brought into the present. The designers made deliberate decisions, such as a spacious 10-metre-long kitchen, special bar made of American walnut and dark Emperador marble and an infinity pool framed by date palms with an enchanting view of the valley. The linen-clad wall panels in the living area provide pleasant acoustics, natural light and striking visual effects. Next to it, a staircase leads to the cosy sitting area with fireplace. Further on, we find the dining room with custom-made table and sofa. In good weather, this villa can even enjoy a second covered dining area with lounge. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and one of which is located in the adjacent guest house.
This secluded villa has a minimalist style with influences from Greece and Ibiza. You can enjoy the fresh fruit and vegetables from their organic garden, olive oil from their own olive trees and homemade honey. This relaxing place will allow you to open your mind completely and surrender to this wonderful oasis of calm.
The online platform Welcome Beyond, known for its collection of boutique hotels, once again let us dream away with this Mediterranean haven that is not only luxurious but also very pleasant and comfortable. The setting, architecture and stunning views do the trick.

In 2009, two of Berlin's brothers, Oliver and Chris Laugsch, decided to start a company that combines all their passions: travel, architecture and design. This was the beginning of Welcome Beyond, an online platform that selects residences from all over the world based on architecture and hospitality. As a result, the website offers a wide range of unique accommodations such as beach houses, bed&breakfasts, hotels, chalets, holiday homes, villas and even private islands, yurts and igloos.
