Dutch design studio Piet Boon has been featured on Imagicasa before and stands for functionality, aesthetics and individuality. In collaboration with Italian leather specialist Giobagnara, the studio now designed a collection of timeless and refined office products, which we are happy to show you.
Studio Piet Boon was founded in 1983 by Piet Boon and Karin Meyn. Their collaboration with Italian brand Giobagnara, which acquired the famous saddle leather specialist Rabitti 1969 in 2015, immediately appealed to us. The latter was the first brand to offer home accessories in saddle leather, which immediately earned it an international reputation. Giobagnara continues this tradition by focusing on craftsmanship, allowing the brand to offer elegant, luxurious products in a wide range of colours. Traditional knowledge and the latest technologies are combined.

The FOLD Collection consists of thirteen products made from saddle leather and is very diverse, ranging from storage boxes to pen holders, phone holders, desk pads and photo frames. Because saddle leather is particularly sturdy, it is possible to make objects entirely of that material. The three-dimensional sculptures of this new collection are a beautiful and useful addition to any office space. In the development and production of the objects, sustainability was of course also considered. For example, both sides of the leather are used, resulting in a smooth, soft front and a rough, matt top. In other words, the leather is used optimally, and in this way the companies avoid waste. It is also good to know that all products will be available in different colours and sizes. Quality and functionality are key for both brands, and you can see that in these products. This new and extremely user-friendly collection can be seen during Maison&Objet in Paris and from 1 October 2022 in all Studio Piet Boon flagship stores and the Giobagnara shops. The products are only made to order.
