The summer holidays are almost here again. For those who can still use some inspiration for their travel plans, we would like to introduce our partner Welcome Beyond. This website offers wonderful residences from all over the world, each with a unique story. Today, we are presenting the Masseria Dagilupi country house, located in the middle of an olive grove in Puglia, Italy.
The platform Welcome Beyond wants to do more than just rent out rooms. The brothers Oliver and Chris Laugsch from Berlin, founders of the company, want to share their passion for travel and architecture with their customers and give them an unforgettable travel experience. Therefore, they carefully select properties that are all special and unique. These are residences that have all been meticulously designed, renovated and decorated by a passionate owner. In addition, Welcome Beyond's range of properties totally captures the imagination: beach houses, bed and breakfasts, hotels, chalets, holiday homes, villas and even private islands, yurts and igloos.
Here, the sound of cars and people is replaced by the chirping of crickets
When you follow a narrow road through olive trees in Puglia, you eventually arrive at this bed and breakfast, called Masseria Dagilupi. In this quiet, peaceful location, the sound of cars and people is replaced by the chirping of crickets. You have the feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere, and yet the house is only a ten-minute drive from the beach. Thus, ideally located. The owners are from France and bought the cottage a few years ago, which was originally a farm with no electricity or running water. In renovating the building, they have kept as much of the old stone wall as possible, but at the same time they wanted to give the house a contemporary flair with a white, minimalist design. There are three suites: two on the ground floor and one, the master suite, on the first floor with a terrace and a view of the town of Ostuni. There is also a kitchen, a breakfast room, an extra bathroom and, yes, a wine bar. Outside, there is a courtyard surrounded by a stone wall, typical of Puglia, and a wood oven, to make delicious focaccia. In other words, you can fully relax in this charming cottage at this prime location. A perfect getaway for the summer holidays. If Italian olive groves don't appeal to you, you can always take a look at the other offers on the website of Welcome Beyond. There is something for everyone.

In 2009, two of Berlin's brothers, Oliver and Chris Laugsch, decided to start a company that combines all their passions: travel, architecture and design. This was the beginning of Welcome Beyond, an online platform that selects residences from all over the world based on architecture and hospitality. As a result, the website offers a wide range of unique accommodations such as beach houses, bed&breakfasts, hotels, chalets, holiday homes, villas and even private islands, yurts and igloos.
