Ukrainian 3D rendering studio Suburbia Studio creates high-end photorealistic 3D renders, VR tours and animations for interiors, exteriors and products. For the project Bran's Lane in the Cotswolds, UK they created renders of the interior and exterior.
The studio was founded in 2018 by Julian Sadokha. In the meantime, the team has been able to successfully complete more than 90 projects. These projects are located all over the world in cities such as Sydney, Paris, Berlin, New York, London and many others. The studio prefers minimalistic design and therefore pays attention to every detail when working on a project. For that reason, they were delighted to work on this design, as it brings all their ambitions for simplicity to life. 
The location was the reason why the interior was decorated in a rustic and functional way.
The dialogue between nature and architecture was also central to this project, along with the use of natural materials. The location was used extensively, you can enjoy it when walking through the house but also when walking through the backyard itself. It was decided to create a low-profile house with emphasis on the quality of the landscaping, as this would make the location breathable. The architecture of the house is refined and sophisticated, as well as having typical Cotswolds colours. This was one of the main requests of the client, to add the honey-coloured stones of the Cotswolds to this project as well, and to display them attractively on the visualisation. 
The design of the house stems from the surrounding context, which creates a pleasant cosiness and rustic atmosphere of the house. The location was also the reason why the interior was decorated in a rustic and functional way. This resulted in a contemporary interior with all the pleasant charm you would expect from a holiday in the countryside in the beautiful Cotswolds. The bedroom is an expression of elegance and simplicity. Light and inviting, the room comprises a beautiful double bed, an open fireplace and an adjoining bathroom. Thanks to the natural materials that have been worn down by time, the room exudes charm and adds a huge aesthetic effect to the design.
The team at Suburbia Studio themselves are very proud of their work, which always exceeds expectations. They have managed to create a home that combines tradition with subtle modernity across the board.
