A Swedish creative duo working under the name TypeO presents the TypeO Loft, a bed&breakfast decorated with design objects for sale in their webshop. The loft offers a perfect refuge from everyday life while you get to know unique, Scandinavian objects and furniture.
TypeO was founded by Micha Van Dinther and Magnus Wittbjer. The company specialises in content creation and branding. Through the bed&breakfast TypeO Loft, they want to reach a larger audience and give people an opportunity to try out the objects they sell. The loft is located on the second floor of a nineteenth century farmstead near Ystad. The building, which also houses the TypeO office, is surrounded by soothing fields and green hills.

The project aims to provide a place to relax in the chaotic contemporary world and encourage people to enjoy design objects such as a bed by Dux, organic linen by Read The Label, an audio system by Transparent Sound, glassware by Vit, tableware by Hasami Porcelain, and so on. The interior is characterised by neutral colours and dark wooden beams. The walls in the general area are painted off-white while the bathroom walls and furniture are covered with a layer of concrete. The highlight of the entire loft is the triangular window that covers an entire wall. It overlooks the beautiful surroundings of Ystad. The furniture was positioned so the view became part of the interior. TypeO Loft is not the first showroom-holiday home hybrid and we are sure, here at Imagicasa, that it won't be the last one either.
