With the furnishing of the ship Futura, ship and interior designer Elft once again shows their specialty: stylish design, completely tailored to your needs. The beautiful new-build ship serves as a home and has been completely furnished to the taste of the owners.
With this project, our partner Elft Interieur created a true floating luxury home. The new-build ship was completely designed and furnished by them and they also took care of all the custom work. As always, everything is fully tailored to the taste and needs of the client. The skippers loved high gloss, so Elft went looking for a high gloss laminate in the shades they had in mind, which was not easy. Nevertheless, they succeeded in fulfilling the wishes of the residents. 
The beautiful new-build ship serves as a home and has been completely furnished to the taste of the owners.
In the wheelhouse, too, laminate was used in combination with HI-MACS, a material that is composed of 75% natural mineral and pure acrylic through a modern manufacturing process. Here, you will once again find the taste of the skippers. Just like the rest of the interior, it became a light but warm wheelhouse. In the ship we find mainly a neutral colour palette of beige and brown tones with here and there a pop of colour of plants or cushions.
The size and luxurious finish and furnishings almost make you forget that this is a ship and it seems as if you are in a beautiful, cosy residence. Freedom and the unique aspect of living on a boat were perfectly combined with the atmosphere and appearance of a luxury home.
