- Architecture & development
The sea dyke in Ostend will soon be looking quite different. The first works that will turn the former Hotel Die Prince into an apartment building with luxurious residences will start early 2019. What will not change, is that the location has a breathtaking view of the sea. Groep Versluys is taking this into account by introducing an architecture that promotes the 180° sea view.
Located on the corner of the Albert-I-Promenade and the Vlaanderenstraat, Residentie Die Prince will be a real eye-catcher. The new building should also set an example for the complete revival of project development on the sea dike. Almost 50% of the 18 spacious apartments have already been sold, so those interested better make up their mind fast.
"The architecture promotes the 180° sea view."
Completion is planned for summer 2021 and prices for the exclusive apartments vary between 395,000 and 1,525,000 euros (excluding costs).
