In the bustling heart of Valencia, Expormim has created an office that goes beyond mere functionality. It is a place where the brand comes to life and where design, craftsmanship and sensory experience converge. The project combines renovation with interior design and translates Expormim’s philosophy in a way that every visitor can experience it immediately.
From the soft aroma of natural wood to the tactile texture of travertine and the warmth of handmade ceramics, every material has been carefully selected. Lime wash and linen add a subtle, sensory dimension, whilst sunlight dances across the surfaces through the large terrace windows, creating a playful interplay of light that brings the space to life. Every detail, from the joints to the finishes, has been executed with millimetre precision, giving the offices a serene and balanced atmosphere. The choice of natural, warm materials invites you to touch, experience and slow down.

The office also serves as a compact showroom. Visitors can discover iconic rattan pieces by designers such as Miquel Milá, Òscar Tusquets and Norm Architects. Everyday use and design come together during informal chats at the kitchenette, short breaks for inspiration or relaxation on the sunny terrace amidst the elegant outdoor furniture by Expormim. This creates a space that is both functional and inspiring.
The lighting design by Santa & Cole and the artworks by Yoyo Balagué enhance the serene and authentic atmosphere, whilst the office remains a space where design guides rather than dominates, and beauty is expressed in a subtle, sustainable and thoughtful manner.
The Expormim office celebrates its own identity and Mediterranean culture. It invites you to pause for a moment, to experience the play of light and to consciously engage with the materials and spaces. It is a tribute to craftsmanship, to the warmth of meticulously executed work, and to the subtle beauty of an environment that invites you to linger. Here, design gently guides you, without dominating, and that is what makes this experience truly unique.
