In summer 2023, London-based interior architecture and design firm Miminat Designs will reveal their latest masterpiece: 'Giant House', a luxurious office for global Giant Ventures. Located in the heart of scenic Holland Park, this design palace reflects the forward-thinking vision of the firm. Founder Miminat Shodeinde, Mimi Shodeinde for short, is known for playfully combining artistic aesthetics with architectural discipline. Her style is fluid, refined and functional. Which the Giant House, her latest project, is yet another confirmation of.
Mimi Shodeinde i transforms a former pottery shop into a contemporary, sun-drenched workspace. Besides elegance, the space exudes functionality, with durable materials such as wood, jute and stone blending harmoniously with luxurious finishes. Thanks to the carefully composed colour palette, consisting of rich shades of mustard, ochre and cognac, a vivid contrast is formed with the multicoloured desks and the lush greenery of the surrounding plants. The result? A workspace that exudes youthful energy and sophistication. In addition, the integration of art or, more specifically, the 3,000 National Geographic magazines makes this office unique. In addition, artworks by David Hockney, Bridget Riley and Mattea Perrotta decorate the walls, infusing the space with inspiration, ideal for a passionate workplace. Giant deliberately chose West London over formal Mayfair, with co-founder Tommy Stadlen emphasising that Giant House feels more like a home than a traditional office. A return to its roots, to a place infused with personality. With a careful balance between aesthetics, sustainability and functionality, Mimi Shodeinde has created a workspace that enables the talented team to push technological boundaries and make a positive impact globally.
