An absolute pioneer of outdoor furniture, Tribù is launching some novelties within their already wide range of collections. Discreet luxury, inspiration from nature and simple designs are their familiar habitat. We now see this evident once again. We introduce you to some pieces where unparalleled comfort takes centre stage.
The team's mission is to provide customers with an experience of relaxation, even in a busy lifestyle where moments of rest are rare. Indeed, their pieces are uncomplicated yet highly technically thought-out. Their novelties also demonstrate this once again. The NOMAD armchair, for instance, highlights the rough characteristics and natural soul of teak. Tribù has extensive knowledge and experience in processing teak and was thus able to guide designer Monica Armani from concept to final design. As a result, soft shapes, subtle lines and craftsmanship were balanced. The NOMAD chair is a sculpture in itself, with each face fitting perfectly and the backrests harmonious and inviting to take a seat and enjoy any outdoor atmosphere.
Furthermore, the pioneer also designed a collection with designer Armani called UKIYO. These warm, welcoming designs inspired by Japanese architecture are characterised with curved lines, as well as brushstrokes, precise and ethereal at the same time. ‘I worked on the balance between curved and clean lines and the visual weight of each element that concludes this collection,’ we hear from the designer.
As a portable lantern, Luna does what it was designed to do - unite people with their surroundings.
In turn, the lounge and side table called OTTO is inspired by a rhythmic 'ribbon' pattern, often found in Italian bar tops from the 1940s. With just one simple element, an endless but interesting surface can be created, significantly reducing not only the waste of precious teak but also creating a durable timeless design suitable for many outdoor applications. In doing so, designer Marc Merckx challenges the principle of reduction with light structures and strong materials.
Finally, a versatile contemporary design called Luna Lamp unites people with their environment. This piece is inspired by organising a gathering with friends. Thus, the founders of global design house Yabu Pushelberg designed this unique wireless lantern. The entire design, from the fiery soft glow to the inviting handle, effortlessly enhances the experience both outdoors and indoors. In short, each one is a refined and durable design of discreet and exclusive luxury that breathes the distinctive characteristics of the Tribù. We are confident that they will bring more such stunning designs to the market in the future. We are already keeping a close eye on them!
