The Australian agency SJB is active in architecture, interior design and urban planning. With both commercial and residential projects in their portfolio, they have been able to surprise us time and time again with their newest realisations. This time it's an office building in the historic Pyrmont neighbourhood, a suburb of Sydney.
88 Harris Street will replace the current car park, creating additional workspace close to the business district of Australia's most densely populated city. In addition, it is right next to 100 Harris Street, which SJB also recently renovated: the storage spaces became dynamic office spaces. Built at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, this building has a characteristic brick exterior. The architectural firm was inspired by this for their design of 88 Harris Street. The new building will have a rich textured red brick facade, but also looks very contemporary. The high windows will give users of the office spaces a lot of light and a beautiful view.

In addition, a terrace and garden will be laid out at the back of the building, where employees can relax for a while and which, once again, offers a more beautiful view for all the surrounding buildings than is currently the case.
