On the Portuguese Riviera in the west of Lisbon lies this luxurious residence that was named Wall House. Guedes Cruz Arquitectos came up with the bold design that was inspired by the beauty of the decor.
On the edge of Lisbon's main golf course between natural sand dunes and pine trees in Sintra Cascais National Park lies this special villa of sleek lines and elegant shapes. Portuguese architectural firm Guedes Cruz Arquitectos, which offers innovative and tailor-made solutions, focused in its design on the natural elements and the surrounding landscape.
The Wall House has a large glass wall on one side that can be fully opened to provide a direct connection to the outdoor area. The most striking of these are the two remarkable outdoor swimming pools located in the patio. The ground floor pool is crossed by a floating glass bottom swimming pool that overlooks the patio. It's like swimming in the air. The concrete structure, supplemented with glass and wood, is like a wall from a castle. No stone, but pure concrete to cope with the strong Atlantic wind. An open grid roof offers a synergy between the interior and exterior spaces.

The patio house breathes the Mediterranean country culture in the hardness of the Atlantic coast. In the villa you have a magnificent view of the golf and the sea both inside and outside. A beautiful representation of modern luxury architecture.
