Los Panchos consists of three carefully designed buildings, housing fifteen luxury homes. Each residence is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The ground floor units offer semi-public gardens, ideal for residents who want a green space without the maintenance of a full garden. The upper floors, in turn, offer breathtaking panoramic views of both the ocean and the majestic Sierra Madre mountains, allowing each day to begin with a beautiful view. The homes are designed to seamlessly blend in with the laid-back beach lifestyle that characterises Saladita Beach. The homes' open floor plan allows for a fluid transition between the living, dining and kitchen areas, creating an inviting and spacious feel.
