A recent project—a fully renovated villa in ’t Gooi perfectly illustrates this approach. The interior radiates a warm, metropolitan atmosphere thanks to the use of premium materials such as brass, marble, linen, wool, and smoked oak. These natural elements are carefully paired with custom-made furniture, stylish accessories, and atmospheric lighting. The result? A luxurious yet homely interior that perfectly aligns with the residents' lifestyle. 
The custom-designed kitchen is the heart of the home. With a spacious cooking island, a cozy coffee nook, an inviting fireplace, and a generous dining table, the space is perfect for gathering and socializing. The Clairz Interior Design team chose a glass staircase in the floor as a striking centerpiece, leading to a fitness area cleverly integrated into the design. The living room offers ultimate comfort and flexibility. From the double-sided sofa, residents can watch TV or enjoy the custom-built fireplace. Large windows provide a stunning view of the garden and pool, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The master bedroom exudes tranquility and elegance, featuring a dressing room that showcases craftsmanship and creativity. The home office is equally impressive: this inspiring workspace is housed in the former barn, transformed into a stylish area with towering shelves and a functional yet warm design.
