Laura Calleeuw, a talented interior architect who fully masters the art of evoking emotions in every space. Immerse yourself in her masterpiece, where luxury, simplicity, and personality harmoniously come together. What started as a collaboration with a client initially not in need of an interior architect, saw Laura Calleeuw being brought in just before the choice of the flooring. Her expert advice covered various aspects, including custom furniture, craftsmanship, stone, the fireplace, painting, loose furniture, window decoration and interior textiles, decorative lighting, and much more.
Upon entering the living space, you experience a unique atmosphere. The living kitchen and the space leading to the living area form one large space, but clever positioning makes the living area feel cozier. The sofa is against the wall, invisible to others, thanks to the central two-part fireplace that integrates into the design, reaching both ceiling and walls. A steel interior door and arches create views and perspectives, fostering interaction with the entrance hall and other zones. The parquet floor, in contrast to the tile in other areas, adds warmth to the overall ambiance. The living space is infused with carefully coordinated details, cushions in various shapes and sizes with recurring fabrics, puddling curtains on the floor for a casual, airy atmosphere, and organic coffee tables that harmonize with the kitchen table. The use of natural materials, artisanal paint techniques on the wall, and flames in the fireplace contribute to the natural feeling. The play with color, texture, and light creates a harmonious unity.

Intriguing perspectives from the heart of this space, where everything is interconnected. From the moment you enter through the glass doors to the view through the garden, but also the central connecting space seamlessly linking the living kitchen, the office, and the living area. The in-between zone serves as a decorative bar cabinet/refrigerator, making the journey through the house both intriguing and functional. Laura Calleeuw, a true artist of emotion, has created a place with her thoughtful material choices and refined finishing where entering it is an experience in itself. Her unique aesthetic, inspired by Nathalie De Boel, exudes a luxurious calmness and inviting warmth. As a valuable partner for Imagicasa, we look forward to Laura Calleeuw's future projects and the beautiful stories she tells through her designs. Made-to-measure furniture: Thijs Mylle
