Ola Jachymiak Studio is renowned for its highly personal approach to interiors. Founded in 2013 by Ola Jachymiak, the studio emphasizes close collaboration with clients and a dedication to craftsmanship. Every project is treated with great care, from architectural layouts to the choice of furniture and decorative details. Based in London, the studio has earned recognition for blending functional clarity with refined aesthetics, recently receiving the Best Project in the Greater London Region at the 2025 BIID Interior Design Awards. Their work reflects a belief that interiors should harmonize with both lifestyle and space, creating environments that are as practical as they are visually striking.

Nora Restaurant itself is a celebration of layered textures and vibrant forms. Inspired by Istanbul’s rich visual culture, the interior features sweeping architectural curves that guide movement and create intimacy despite the restaurant’s generous size. Walls clad in natural oak timber lend depth and warmth, while bespoke furniture and joinery showcase precise craftsmanship. The restaurant accommodates over 100 guests across three distinct zones, anchored by a central bar that becomes a focal point upon entry. Openness and comfort are perfectly balanced by careful consideration of each element. 
The color palette and material choices emphasize comfort and richness. Warm timber tones, Antalya-inspired fabrics, and subtle Anatolian craft references mingle with mid-century proportions to establish an atmosphere that feels both retro and contemporary. Natural materials dominate, allowing light and shadow to play across surfaces, while the walls, ceilings, and furniture are curved, creating a sense of continuity throughout the space. Together, these textures and shapes create an inviting space that brings out the lively spirit of Turkish cuisine and the energy of the diners. 
Nora is a place where architecture and culture meet in perfect balance. Here, intimacy and grandeur coexist, while expressive design elements are tempered by comfort. Visitors often feel as if they have stepped into a world carefully shaped to tell a story, where movement flows effortlessly and every detail has a purpose.
