In 2020, JOE Design Studio, founded by Jody Eeckhout, was launched as a creative force dedicated to designing high-end residential interiors. The result of their dedication to craftsmanship and sophistication manifests itself in their latest project at the prestigious Trots Ganda in Ghent, Belgium. This project comprises three stunning apartments and a breathtaking duplex penthouse, promising a lifestyle of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled panorama’s. The studio’s philosophy, focusing on timeless and warm minimalism, is perfectly in tune with the ambience of this exclusive development project.
The location is a valuable asset, with impressive corner views over the marina. An imposing, 30-metre-long glazed façade blurs the boundary between inside and outside, while the expanse of Ghent provides a breathtaking backdrop to everyday life. Three of the four residences, including the duplex penthouse as showpiece, are already in the development phase. This masterpiece not only guarantees panoramic views of the historic city, but also promises a lifestyle of the highest level. The penthouse offers grandiose views and features a magnificent terrace that flows seamlessly into the breathtaking living space. Moreover, the kitchen is a work of art in itself and integrates harmoniously into the beautiful interior, where design and functionality come together. The bathroom uniquely defines what luxury is, with panoramic views of the city that make bathing an extraordinary experience. The bedroom, surrounded by glass walls instead of traditional ones, creates a sense of openness and offers breathtaking views upon waking and sleeping.
