Led by the visionary chef/owner Tomer Blechman, whose culinary journey began amidst the bustling kitchens of Ra'anana, Israel, Theodora is a testament to the artistry of gastronomy and design.
Stepping through the doors of Theodora, guests are greeted by an ambiance that is at once inviting and elegant. Designed by the esteemed Brooklyn-based interior design studio, Home Studios, the space exudes a timeless charm with its warm, neutral tones and tactile textures. Plastered walls, natural stone accents, and custom woodwork evoke a sense of rustic sophistication, while large storefront windows and skylights flood the dining room with natural light, creating an atmosphere of airy openness. 
The design narrative of Theodora pays homage to the restaurant's Mediterranean roots, seamlessly blending old-world charm with modern sensibilities. Anchored by an open kitchen, the space is designed to evoke a sense of warmth and conviviality, inviting guests to gather around and partake in the culinary journey unfolding before them. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the handcrafted furniture to the artisanal tableware, to ensure a harmonious and immersive dining experience. Theodora's commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of its design, creating a space that is as beautiful as it is functional.

As guests indulge in the culinary delights prepared by Chef Tomer and his team, they are transported on a sensory journey through the flavors of the Mediterranean. From the delicate Scallop with hibiscus and lime to the robust Lamb Neck Shawarma with rhubarb and tahini, each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and presentation, reflecting Chef Tomer's dedication to his craft. Complementing the culinary experience is an expertly curated beverage program by wine director Maggie Dahill, featuring a selection of natural wines from around the world and handcrafted cocktails inspired by folklore and ancient mythology.
