Their project named Paddington Residence is a testament to their design philosophy. It unfolds as a complete renovation of a three-story Victorian terrace house. A space where their client has grown up, each corner echoing with family memories, this project presented a unique opportunity to respect the stories between generations while introducing a contemporary legacy. The transformation required a substantial renovation to carve out tranquil, centered spaces and infuse natural light into the tired, dark interior. A paramount design intention was to enhance the livability and well-being of our clients through a commitment to various sustainable values. This included the introduction of acoustic glazing and insulation, the installation of solar panels, mitigation of moisture issues, and the incorporation of new, low-toxicity materials. Sustainable fabrics like hemp and vegan leather, along with locally crafted furniture, added another layer of thoughtful design to the decorative elements. 
Aesthetic harmony reigns as the interiors gracefully reflect the dual facets of architecture – heritage and contemporary styles. The original Victorian rooms retain their traditional details and grand proportions, with a neutral color palette allowing the heritage features to shine through. At the rear of the property, modern spaces have been meticulously designed, featuring an earthy, textured finish that mirrors the taste of their clients and is tailored for a contemporary family lifestyle. Together, these spaces weave a narrative of quiet luxury, inspiring not only the current occupants but also future generations to come.
