Today, we would like to take you to a new project by our partner and (interior) architect Anja Vissers. Balanced design and detail work is how she distinguishes herself. The studio very quickly grew into a renowned design agency with extensive and varied experience. In all her projects, she takes into account the entire environment and tries to create a balanced design with clean lines. Here, the luxurious villa with pool house was no exception.
The Anja Vissers studio has earned its spurs in designing unique spaces for interior design projects and contemporary villa construction, for both renovation and new construction projects. The team has a penchant for clean and minimalist designs, striving to create warm and homely interiors where clients can unwind. A team of architects and interior designers, where a constant interaction takes place, creates spaces infused with natural light and crafted from authentic and natural materials. The result? Contemporary villas imbued with class and excellence, where a warm sense of home prevails. Her most recent home became a haven for a couple with two children. It is a feat of craftsmanship and sophistication. The facade is clad in Petersen's elegant F169 facing brick, while aluminium windows with triple-glazing frame the exterior. Inside, the beautiful compound oak parquet with a three-layer bleaching water finish comes into its own. Anja Vissers deliberately chose microtopping, which gives the kitchen, rear entrance hall, laundry room, bathrooms, upstairs toilet and even the walk-in frigo a timeless look.
Unique spaces that meet contemporary splendour
A white epoxy floor embraces the space in the garage and basement, including an acoustic ceiling in the basement for a serene atmosphere. The entire project is seamlessly integrated with an advanced KNX home automation system and a geothermal heat pump with underfloor heating. Four Metalfire fireplaces, strategically placed in the sitting area, dining area, terrace and pool house, bring not only warmth but also an aesthetic highlight to the space. The furniture, thoughtfully chosen by the team, is made of smoked oak veneer, while two different natural stones - Fior di Bosco for the home and Zimbabwe Black for the pool house - add the finishing touch to this masterfully designed interior. More so, through an economical and ecological way, the residence is cooled by using a climate ceiling. The luxurious villa with pool house by our partner Anja Vissers is not just any home; it is a symphony of form and luxury. Her designs transcend the norm, with the harmony between materials, space and functionality embracing a unique lifestyle. This creation is not only an architectural masterpiece but a true ode to timeless design and uncompromising sophistication. With their passionate team, they can turn any project into a creation where a peaceful dynamic is central. We are obviously curious to see what is in store for them and look forward to introducing their projects to our readers.
